great location clean room comfy bed no heating rubbish wifi room code
The location was GREAT. It was very close to the city centre and beach. The room was very clean. The bed was comfy!!!
There was no heating in the bathroom. It was TOO cold to shower. The wifi was rubbish in rooms. No one told us which room, so I had to try the code in all of them to find it.

mixed bag, i suppose
damp smell peeling paper
The lack of staff overnight was concerning. i encountered a rather unpleasant smell of damp in the room. to top it off, the paper was peeling off the walls. It looked like a scene from a horror movie. the shower curtain was also sporting a lovely collection of mold.

convenient location cosy room lovely host
The location is near Central Pier. It's close to many attractions. The room was clean, bright, and cosy. The bed was comfy (i slept so well!). The host is kind and helpful.
The bins in the room were not emptied .

The double room had good storage. There were extra items available like toilet roll, tea, and coffee. The electric shower had good speed. The room was very quiet, considering the central location.

The facilities were perfect. I felt safe . A fob system is in place on the doors. The hotel is easy to find. It is very secure.

great stay!
fob system door system easy access
i found extra toilet roll easily. coffee and tea were also easy to find. i felt safe due to the fob system on the doors. there was lots of storage.
i did not like the self lock system. there was no staff around. the shower WAS terrible in both rooms.
